Productive Day
Today I started blogging and I'm enjoying it.. I just got back from Planet Fitness. I worked on my arms, triceps/biceps, and core. I feel great after an hour session. I stretched before my workout as usual, then proceeded to work on my arms for about 15 minutes with curls. I then proceeded to abs workout area and that felt really good! Working out a few times a week does help me blow off some steam while staying in shape! 😁💪😀 Tomorrow I will do legs. 😎 In what ways are you being productive or staying in shape?
